Sponsorship

We provide a full suite of services and help simplify the sponsorship process for private and public sector employers needing to sponsor skilled individuals to work in Australia.

We have extensive experience working with start-ups, SMEs, and large multinational companies to enhance their migration programs, ensuring maximum efficiency and value while offering fixed fees for predictable cost management. Our expertise also covers managing large-scale, project-based mobility programs.

Beeline Migration manages Business Sponsorships by evaluating and improving immigration procedures and internal policies to ensure ongoing business compliance. We also offer risk assessments and comprehensive immigration audits.

Types of sponsorship applications we assist with:

Standard Business Sponsorship (including Accreditation)

The employer must demonstrate that their business is legally operating, has a genuine need for a skilled worker, and meets training benchmarks for Australian employees. This process also requires a commitment to follow immigration laws and uphold fair work practices. Once the SBS is approved, the employer can nominate eligible foreign workers for specific roles under relevant visa categories.

Temporary Activity Sponsorship

This type of sponsorship allows Australian organisations or government agencies to sponsor foreign individuals who wish to come to Australia to participate in specific activities, such as short-term work, research, religious work, or other temporary cultural or sporting events

Labour Agreements

An Australian business may need to enter into a Labour Agreement with the Department of Home Affairs if there is a need to employ foreign workers in occupations or under conditions that are not covered by the standard skilled visa programs, often due to labour shortages in specific industries or unique skill requirements that cannot be met through the local workforce or existing visa programs.
