Sharon’s background as Contracts Officer in various legal industries and Immigration Coordinator at Ernst & Young specialising in corporate migration have allowed her strong insight into the need and management of a foreign workforce ultimately benefiting Australia through knowledge sharing and cultural enrichment.
Sharon was awarded a position on the Dean’s Merit List for outstanding academic achievement at Western Sydney University.
Stephen Conwell

Stephen is a qualified lawyer whose career has included working in Melbourne and in Asia. He was appointed as a full-time Member of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) in Melbourne in 2017, for a 7 year term. During his tenure at the AAT, he heard and decided appeals of varying complexity from adverse Department of Home Affairs decisions on partner, family and visitor visa refusals and cancellations. His work as an AAT Member involved assessing visa criteria and making findings of fact based on migration law, including engaging with various issues such as Public Interest Criteria (PIC) and Special Return Criteria factors and claims of family violence.
He returned to his hometown of Perth in late 2023.
